OK here it goes again....I hit publish too soon....My keys have been getting stuck on my laptop!
Anyway...to finish off....here's WHY I'm excited....My birthday is on Saturday and my husband got us tickets for GOO GOO DOLLS which is my favorite band right now and I've been wanting to see them in concert for the longest time. When hubby told me that he can get concert tickets and that he won a backstage pass to see lead singer Johnny Rzeznik....I wanted to SCREAM becuse I just got this job at Giant and it was GRAND OPENING week and there was NO WAY I would be able to get out of working on a Saturday the first week that they're opened. It made me mad because I've been out of work for so long and I never wanted something so bad and now comes a chance to see my favorite band and meet my favorite singer and I can't because I just got a new job....but guess what everybody...I'm pissing my pants because the wonderful husband that I have was able to get me out of work on Saturday so I can go.....because he talked to my store manager...I guess being a manager himself at Giant worked wonders...thank you.....thank you....thank you Eric Griffin...you are ALWAYS the best!!! OK.....so now I have to figure out what I'm going to say to Johnny Rzeznik (because something tells me I'm going to be SPEECHLESS if I don't think of something good to say....any suggestions anyone?...maybe I'll tell him that I love his music as well as the rest of his package! Well...I cant wait until Saturday.....I'm so EXCITED!
